J.K. Adams Pastry Board

Made in Vermont by J.K. Adams, this maple hardwood pastry board was inspired by customers requesting more functionality out of their baking tools. Thoughtfully designed, this board is engraved with five circular diameters to indicate the most common sizes of pies, plus engraved rulers (both horizontal and vertical) for pastry measurements. A walnut cleat is easily attached to brace the edge of your counter and a rolling pin rest has been carved out to keep your tool in place. And for quicker tasks, simply flip the board over to work on a completely flat side.
